When a “normal” sale of real estate happens in the normal manner, and comes out as expected, that is called “routine” and little attention is paid to the outcome. That is all well and good. However, when an unusual circumstance occurs and comes out better that expected, that shows; knowledge, professionalism and true character. That is Michele Vasiloff: We live in La Quinta California about 2500 miles from the property we owned in Pennsylvania; we have never seen or been to that site we have only seen some pictures (not very good ones, either) of it. We made the original purchase as a humanitarian gesture, to help out a family member. We kept that parcel for a few years and then decided to downsize and sell this property. We did the research in the usual places; Zillow, Realtor,com, Google etc. We sent out some information sheets to several Real Estate firms in the area. Most did not reply. However, Jody Moebius of Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate’s, Belle Vernon office did, but she could not take the listing at that time. She referred us to Michele Vasiloff at the Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate ‘s Rostraver office. That referral was great judgment on Jody’s part and wonderful for us. We were a bit despondent, as we did not get many replies, to our listing solicitations; then we talked to Michele and knew at once that we had the right person for us. It was obvious that she was knowledgeable and professional but she also had a little levity in her, that is sometimes needed to take the edge off, the business-like starkness that a real estate transaction can become. It worked! She was able to guide us (across those 2500 miles) through the entire process and over a couple of rough spots with a friendly, professional, competent manner, that took that edge off, and made this transaction a pleasureful experience. The timeline on this sale is truly extraordinary. We first made contact with Michele on July 16th; by then the lot was cleaned up and ready for sale. We made a verbal agreement for the listing at 5:00PM EDT; on July 21st, we signed the listing agreement on July 22nd, it was listed for sale on July 23rd ; we got an offer to purchase on July 24th; that offer was a little low, calling for a little haggling by Michele; which ended as an acceptable offer later that same day, which we took; the sales agreement was signed on July 25, 2025. The sale closed on August 9, 2025. Did Divine luck, play a part in this; of course…But, Michele provided the pathway for that luck to follow. Wow, what an experience! Jay & Peg Brown

Some of these even refused to show me property in the price range I was looking for, always (and in some cases) ONLY showing me properties that were significantly higher than what I felt I could afford. Michele was an angel, in my eyes she was the 'perfect' realtor, understood my wishes and goals, was always acting in my best interests. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone that needed a realtor. You should consider yourselves blessed to have someone like her in your organization.
